Repaired Leica M8 with Voigtlander Nokton 40mm f1.4

My Leica M8 has returned.
Shutter fault repaired, Rangefinder adjusted, factory CLA. It feels like a new camera.

Leica carried out all this FoC, very good service.

I was in York this morning and the weather was bright and crisp, perfect for a quick test of both the the M8 and the Nokton 40mm.

I set the M8 to under expose by -2/3 of a Stop, as is recommended with the Monochrom. This has resulted in these lovely saturated colours.
In Lr I added +0.25 Exposure and adjusted the Highlight and Black levels.

I think the quality of these images is stunning, especially when the M8 is considered to have old
technology and a mere 10.1MP.
